The main living area is open and airy, with a modern kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge that flow together toward the deck. Large glass doors bring the outside in, filling the room with light and sea breeze. The gas fireplace and underfloor heating make winter stays just as inviting as summer.
Outdoors, you’ll find multiple decks for sun and shade, a spa pool overlooking the bay, and a BBQ area perfect for long lunches and dinners that run into the evening.
Upstairs, the master suite has its own ensuite bathroom and panoramic views of the coast. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, each designed for comfort with soft linens and thoughtful touches. Once you’re here, most things are close, the beach, cafés, and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ drive or an easy walk. If you’d like to explore further, the bus runs regularly to the island’s main spots, including Oneroa Village, the Vineyard Valley, and The Heke Kitchen, Brewery & Distillery, which has a stop right outside.
Taxis, e-bikes, and car hire are also available across the island, and there’s off-street parking for two vehicles at the property. However you travel, the journey always comes with a view, sea, bush, and that gentle Waiheke pace that makes getting there part of the experience
